Acadia

Service Area

The Evangeline Area Council, serving the eight traditional parishes of Acadiana, is divided into 5 geographical districts. The Acadia District serves the communities of Basile, Eunice, Gueydan and Acadia Parish.

Our units andmore than 125 leaders provide programs to over 350 youth. The mission of Acadia District is to ensure that every young person within our district has the opportunity to experience Scouting.
