Information on camp out is as follows:

Troops need to come up with a skill and game to interact with the visiting WEBELOS. Please let me know asap what you plan on showing the WEBELOS.  Each skill should be basic and not go over their heads.  Please do not do lashings or fire building.  You can do basic knot tying,  basic first aid which troop 85 will be doing, compass which troop 15 will be doing, demonstrate how to whip rope, how to raise and lower the American Flag, how to identify local poisonous plants and how to treat exposure to them etc.  Hand out information about their troop(when and where they meet, leaders contact information, and any other valuable information). Each session should not last more than 20-25 minutes.

Each troop and WEBELOS den  need to file a tour permit. They will also need to let me know if they plan on camping and how many tents before the event. They can start arriving at 7am Saturday morning to start setting up camp. They will be responsible for their own meals, which will include: Saturday breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday breakfast. They will also responsible for bringing their own camping gear, snacks and drinks. We will have a camp fire Saturday night and have Scout Service on Sunday morning.
