Message from the Chairman
Hello Scouters. I know you all
are making a difference in the lives of our boys in St. Landry and Evangeline
Parish. If we needed scouting anytime in our history, we need this
program more than ever right now. Our District has taken great strides this
year with new commissioners, new District Committee Members, and a remarkable
training team whose goal is to make sure that every leader in the Coushatta
District has the resources and tools to be successful. I am an Eagle Scout and
I am glad to be apart of this movement shaping the lives of young men to be distinguish men of our tomorrow.

Attention!!!
Attention!! It is your District Commissioner on the air. I am proud of the
Coushatta District serving St. Landry and Evangeline Parish. Scouting has
always been a big part of my life. I am an Eagle Scout. I am proud of all the
Leaders who are working hard out in the District to make a difference. We must
always remember why we are here, and that reason being, is the development of
our young men in our District by instilling in them moral and ethical values
that will help them compete in our ever changing world.
